Smoking

Everyone must know how unhealthy smoking. It is such a damaging habit to your health especially when you have become addicted to it. Aside from having bad effects to your health, smoking can be bad for your pocket as well. It is expensive in so many ways. When you become addicted to smoking, you will not hesitate to spend every penny you have on cigarette. In fact, most smokers care more about cigarette than foods. And you will eventually have to spend huge amount of money for the medical bills.

Coffee addiction

Enjoying a cup of coffee every morning sounds harmless. In fact, it can be beneficial to boost your energy and keep your focus for a few hours during the day. However, excessive consumption of coffee is unhealthy because it can increase your heart rate to dangerous line. It can also cause irritability, headache, dehydration, etc. Not to mention that heading to the nearest coffee shop to buy coffee several times a day can be pretty damaging to your finance. You may opt for healthier alternative such as green tea. Or, you can start building a habit of drinking more water during your daily activities. 

Sugar addiction

Consuming sugar can be a great boost to keep you energized and awake during the day. However, it is no longer beneficial when you consume it excessively, out of recommended amount. Sugary foods have that addictive effect that keep you coming back to them, especially when you need mood booster. However, sugar addiction is just as dangerous as alcohol and drug addiction. Excessive sugar consumption can lead to various serious health problems that are very costly. Hence, it is time to swap your sugary treats to healthier alternatives such as healthy grains, fruits, nuts, etc. 

Eating out and ordering in

When you are busy with your school or work, it is easy to opt for eating out or ordering in to sustain your life. However, it is not a very healthy choice to make both for your health and finance. It is not a very sustainable habit for your finance. You may consider buying fresh produce from local market and prepare your own meals that are healthier and less pricey.
